NEW DELHI: Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has announced the marks of recommended candidates in Engineering Services Examination (ESE) 2024 mains result 2024 today, November 28. Candidates who appeared for the recruitment exam can check the UPSC ESE 2024 marks through the commission’s official website at upsc.gov.in. The UPSC ESE 2024 marks have been made available in PDF format.
The UPSC ESE 2024 marks PDF includes the names of the selected candidates, their roll numbers, and their marks. The final results of the UPSC ESE 2024 mains were announced on November 22.
According to the results, a total of 206 candidates were selected for appointment. Among them, 92 are from Civil Engineering, 18 from Mechanical Engineering, 26 from Electrical Engineering, and 70 from Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering. The general category has the highest number of recommended candidates (71), followed by OBC (59), SC (34), EWS (22), and ST (20).
Candidates can use their login credentials such as registration number and date of birth to download the UPSC ESE result 2024.

Rohit Dhonde secures top position
Rohit Dhondge emerged as the topper of the UPSC ESE 2024 exam, with Harshit Pandey and Laxmikant securing the second and third positions, respectively.
Out of the 206 candidates recommended for appointment, 43 have provisional candidature. This includes 17 from Civil Engineering, 2 from Mechanical Engineering, 6 from Electrical Engineering, and 18 from Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering.
The written examination for the Engineering Services 2024 was held in June, followed by the interview or personality test conducted on various dates between October 7 and November 6, 2024. Candidates who successfully cleared both the written test and the interview are now shortlisted for final selection. This recruitment aims to fill a total of 251 vacancies across different departments nationwide.
