NEW DELHI: Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT) has released the VITEEE 2021 exam day guidelines for home proctored exam. Candidates appearing for the VITEEE exam are required to check the guidelines before appearing for the online examination. Applicants appearing for the VITEEE exam need to have two devices - Desktop (primary) and Mobile phone (secondary).

VITEEE 2021 exam is scheduled to be conducted on May 28, 29 and 31, 2021 for phase 1. The exam conducting authority has started VITEEE 2021 slot booking process from May 17. After slot booking, candidates were able to download their VITEEE admit card from the official website.

Revision is the key
Candidates are advised to revise all the topics and chapters in the syllabus. It helps applicants to boost their confidence to appear for the exam.

Utilise your time properly
Candidates should utilize their time wisely to go through all the important formulas and concepts. It helps applicants to save time during exams and complete the VITEEE exam on time.

Less is more
Do not try to cover all topics at the last moment. Revise all the previously studied topics and chapters to ace the exam with good marks.

Attempt mock test
After completing the syllabus, candidates should attempt a mock test to check their preparation level. It will also help applicants to figure out the strong and weak areas and work on them before the exam.

VITEEE 2021 - Home Proctored Test Guidelines

  • Candidates must ensure that they have a strong internet connection with at least two hours of battery backup.

  • Applicants must take tests in a private room with no disturbance.

  • In case of any movement or background noise, proctor will automatically disqualify candidates.

  • The applicant must be the sole occupant in the room; appearance of other faces or persons during the examinations will be considered as malpractice.
