Download EbookNEW DELHI: Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT) has announced the VITEEE 2022 eligibility at vita.c.in. Candidates willing to appear for VITEEE 2022 must check the eligibility criteria before applying.
VITEEE eligibility criteria 2022 includes details of the conditions which candidates must fulfill in order to be eligible for the final admission. VITEEE 2022 eligibility criteria can be checked below.
VITEEE 2022 eligibility criteria- Who can apply
Nationality: Resident/Non-resident Indian nationals/PIO are eligible to apply. Foreign candidates can apply under the “Foreign” category.
Age limit: Candidates should be born on or after July 1, 2000.
Educational qualification: Candidates should have passed class 12 or equivalent examination. Candidates appearing in the qualifying exam in 2022 are also eligible for SRMJEEE 2022.
Marks in qualifying examination: Candidates should have a minimum aggregate of 60% in physics, chemistry, and mathematics/biology in the qualifying exam. The minimum percentage marks for SC/ST candidates, those belonging to Jammu and Kashmir/ Ladakh and the North Eastern states is 50%.
It must be noted that the NRI candidates applying for VITEEE 2022 must have english as one of the subjects in the qualifying examination.
VITEEE 2022 application form is available on the official website- vit.ac.in. Candidates are required to submit their VIT application form 2022 before the last date. VITEEE 2022 exam date has not been notified yet; it is expected to be announced soon.
VITEEE 2022 will be conducted as an online exam of 2 hours 30 minutes. VITEEE 2022 exam will have 125 multiple choice questions spread over the five sections - mathematics, physics, chemistry, aptitude and english. VIT Vellore conducts the exam for admission to BTech courses offered by the various campuses of the institute.
