WB SET admit card to be available from Nov 5; Know how to download

NEW DELHI, November 3: West Bengal College Service Commission (WBCSC) will release the WB SET admit card in online mode on November 5, 2018. Candidates can download the WB SET 2018 admit card by entering their registration number/roll number and date of birth/password in the login window. They will be able to download the admit card till the date of examination. WB SET 2018 is scheduled to be conducted on December 2.

The admit can be downloaded only by those candidates who have successfully submitted the application form of WB SET. Candidates are required to carry any one of the prescribed photo identity proofs (with them to the exam centre) which include Aadhaar Card, Pan Card, Passport, Driving License and Voter ID Card and they also need to carry two passport size photographs. Without WB SET admit card and photo identity card, candidates will not be allowed to enter into the examination centre.

Candidates must check the details mentioned on the WB SET admit card 2018. In case of any discrepancy like incorrect name or personal detail, they must get it corrected on the day of exam. At the exam centre of WB SET, candidates can get their admit card rectified by the Officer-in-charge of the exam centre after the verification of the attendance sheet and photo identity proof. Candidates are also required to submit two self-attested photocopies of corrected WB SET admit card personally to the office of the commission by December 14, 2018 (12 noon – 3 pm).

West Bengal College Service Commission conducts West Bengal State Eligibility Test every year in offline mode for the post of Assistant Professor across the Universities and Colleges of West Bengal. The exam is held for two papers - paper I and II. Paper I is common for all the candidates whereas paper II is conducted for 30 subjects and candidates can appear for any one of the subject of their choice.
