WBCS 2020-21 Exam Dates Announced - Check Details Here

NEW DELHI- West Bengal Public Service Commission (WBPSC) has released a notice regarding the exam dates of various exams at pscwbapplication.in. As per official notice WBCS mains exam is conducted between December 19 to 26, 2020 in offline mode. However previously the exam was likely to be conducted on June 27 & 28 and July 4 & 5, 2020. While those who are preparing for WBCS 2021 should note that the preliminary examination will be conducted on February 7, 2021.

The WBCS 2020 preliminary exam was conducted on February 9 in offline mode. The result of the preliminary exam was likely to be announced in May-June but delayed due to COVID. The Commission has also released a notice that the West Bengal Civil Service prelims exam result is likely to be announced in September - October, 2020. The West Bengal Civil Service (Executive) Exam 2020 divided into Group A, B, C and D Posts.

The WBCS exam is conducted in three stages - prelims, mains and interview. Those who qualify the exam will be entitled to receive remuneration of Rs. 15,600 – 42,000 + Grade Pay (Rs. 3,900 to Rs. 5,400)
