WBCS online application correction facility available now

NEW DELHI, NOVEMBER 29: West Bengal Public Service Commission (WBCS) has activated the link to make online correction in the application form of WBCS. The facility is available for candidates till December 3. The official notification issued in this regard reads, “In view of the requests received by the applicants for correction in the online application form, the commission has decided to provide the facility to edit the details in the application form. Accept academic qualification and groups including optional subjects, candidates cannot change other details in WBCS application form. The online correction facility link is available at http://pscwbapplication.in/.

To rectify the details in WBCS application form 2019, candidates will have to login into their respective account. The application form of WBCS could be filled till November 26. Candidates could pay their application fees till November 27, 2018.

As notified earlier, the preliminary examination of WBCS is scheduled to be conducted on January 20, 2019. Eligible candidates will be issued admit card for preliminary exam in January.

According to the exam pattern, the preliminary exam will consist of one paper. The test will carry 200 marks. The duration of the test will be 2 hours 30 minutes.

West Bengal Civil Service (Exe) etc. Examination 2019 is conducted for various posts of Group A,B,C&D. The selection process of WBCS comprises three stages – preliminary, mains and interview.
