NEW DELHI, DECEMBER 14: West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board (WBJEEB) has released the important dates of WBJEE 2019 along with the detailed information brochure. According to the dates announced, registrations for WBJEE 2019 will be open from December 26, 2018. The final date to fill and submit the application form is January 22, 2019. WBJEE 2019 will be conducted on May 19. However, this may be subjective to change since it is tentative in nature and JEE Advanced is also set to be held on the same date.

While filling the application form, the candidates will have to provide valid personal, academic and contact details. Three zones of examination as per preference also has to be selected by the candidates. During uploading of documents, the candidates have to make sure the specifications mentioned by the authorities are met. The application fee of WBJEE 2019 is Rs. 500 and has to be paid by net banking/credit card/debit card. The correction window for the application form will be open from January 23 to 25, 2019.

WBJEE 2019 is conducted annually to provide B.Tech admissions into the participating institutes. The entrance examination will be 2 hours long for each paper. Multiple choice questions will be asked by the authorities and the answers have to be provided on a specially designed optical machine-readable response (OMR) sheet.
