WBJEE 2020 result on August 7; counselling online

NEW DELHI: West Bengal Education Minister, Partha Chatterjee on Saturday announced that WBJEE 2020 result will be declared on August 7. It will be made available on the official website- wbjeeb.nic.in. He also notified that due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, WBJEE 2020 counselling will be held in online mode.

To check the result, candidates will be required to log into the WBJEE result 2020 portal using the application number and password. The result of WBJEE 2020 will be released in the form of a scorecard having details on marks secured by candidates in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics along with the total marks and rank. Candidates who will qualify WBJEE 2020 will be called to participate in the counselling process.

WBJEEB had conducted WBJEE 2020 on February 2 but the result has been delayed due to unavoidable circumstances borne out of covid-19 pandemic. The authorities conduct this entrance exam for admission into the undergraduate engineering courses offered by the participating institutes of the state.
