WBJEE JECA, JELET 2024 response sheets out at wbjeeb.nic.in; challenge by July 21

NEW DELHI: The West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination Board (WBJEEB) has released the response sheets for JECA and JELET exams 2024. Candidates who appeared for the exams can view their OMR images and responses by visiting the official website, wbjeeb.nic.in.

Applicants will have to use their login credentials to view their responses captured by the machines. Those who are not satisfied with their captured responses can claim for review by July 21, up to 11:59 pm. In order to raise grievances against the responses, candidates will have to pay a processing fee of Rs 500 per response through net banking or debit card or credit card.

The board informed that in case of category 1 questions (where only one option is correct), the response is shown as A or B or C or D. Unattended questions are marked as “-”. If multiple answers are given, the response is shown as “”. In case of category 2 questions (where one or more options are correct), the response is shown as “A, B, C, D” etc.

“No claim will be reviewed if the fee payment is not successful,” said WBJEEB in an official notice.

The board informed that the candidate’s question booklet number is also displayed. If any candidate is not satisfied with the displayed information, he or she must inform WBJEEB by email to info@wbjeeb.in within the mentioned date and time.

“WBJEEB will not entertain any challenge/request for correction after the stipulated date and time. WBJEEB will review all claims and decide on the matter. Scores and ranks will be calculated based on the final reviewed responses,” the board added.

WBJEEB further stated that its decision in this regard will be final and no further communication or request or appeal will be entertained.

The Joint Entrance for Lateral Entry (JELET) 2024 was conducted on June 29 for admission to second-year of engineering, pharmacy, and technology courses while the Joint Entrance Examination for Masters in Computer Applications (JECA) was held on June 30 for admission to MCA programmes.
