Xavier University Bhubaneswar Placements 2021 - 100% placements for its 33rd batch
Xavier University, Bhubaneswar has completed its final placement - Xuberance 2021 - for the batch of 2019-2021.

Xavier Institute of Management Bhubaneswar (XIMB) has achieved 100% placement for the MBA (Business Management, Human Resource Management, and Rural Management) programme batch 2019-2021. The two-year flagship Business Management (BM) programme has consistently been ranked as one of the finest business curriculums in India. This year, with an average of Rs 15.15 lakh per annum, XIMB has successfully placed all its students.
An array of roles was offered in the area of Learning and Development, Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partner, Industrial Relations, Compensation and Benefits, HR analytics, and more.
Given the lurch markets, 104 students were placed in record time as compared to the past years. The placement drive has witnessed a sharp increase in hiring in the financial inclusion sector constituting 44.32% of the total number of offers made. The highest package was offered by PwC standing at 11.62 LPA. The average package for the development sector stands at Rs 5.35 lakhs per annum and for the BFSI sector stands at Rs 7.12 Lakhs per annum.
