NEW DELHI: XLRI Jamshedpur has completed the final placement of the PGDM batch of 2020-21 with 370 domestic and international offers from 108 companies, out of which, 23 were first-time recruiters. A total of 358 students from the BM and HRM programmes participated in this placement drive. The top sectors based on roles offered were Consulting, Sales & Marketing and BFSI. Consulting firms extended offers to 29 percent of the candidates. Sales & Marketing and BFSI constituted 16 percent and 14 percent of the roles offered to the students respectively.
