40 companies participate in IIM Ahmedabad cluster 3 summer placements; TCS top recruiter

All PGP students of the 2025 class of IIM Ahmedabad have been placed in cluster 3 placement process, in which 40 companies participated.
NEW DELHI: The Indian Institute of Management (IIM Ahmedabad) organised the third cluster of summer placement process for the postgraduate programme (PGP) class of 2025 yesterday.
IIM Ahmedabad said around 40 firms participated in the placement drive. Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) was the top recruiter with 19 offers, followed by FinIQ and Tata Steel, it added.
The companies that participated in cluster three were from 12 fields – banking, financial Services and insurance, consumer technology, core manufacturing and infrastructure, education technology, enterprise technology, financial technology, gaming and sports, IT consulting and analytics, renewable energy and green tech, social enterprises and NGO, government enterprises and artificial intelligence.
In the enterprise technology sector, firms such as Atlassian Corporation, Google, Ikigai Labs and Adobe participated in the placement drive. IIM Ahmedabad said four times more firms participated in the core manufacturing and infrastructure cohort.
Several new firms that participated in the drive included Uppskale, British Petroleum, Karkinos, GyanSys, MetalKraft, NPCI, Hurrey, and Silvista, among others. IIM Ahmedabad concluded the summer internship Process by placing all the candidates within the three cluster process.
60 job roles offered in cluster 2
In cluster 2 process, 60 job roles were offered. Mahindra, belonging to the conglomerate cohort, was the top recruiter with 11 offers followed by Adani Group. Companies from seven cohorts - advertising and media, consumer electronics, consumer goods and durables, consumer services, conglomerates, retail B2B and B2C, and pharma and healthcare – participated in cluster 2 process.
In the cluster 1 placement process , companies from five cohorts – investment banking and markets, management consulting, niche consulting, cards and financial advisory and private equity, venture capital and asset management – participated.
