NEW DELHI, May 17: As per reports, Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS) have performed well in Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main 2019 conducted by NTA. Around 6,094 students have qualified to appear for JEE Advanced 2019, to be held on May 27, 2019. A total of 21,299 Kendriya Vidyalaya students appeared for JEE Main 2019 Exam. The result of mains was declared on April 29. JEE exams are conducted for admission in IIT/NITS in Science, Technology, Engineering & Mathematics.

A total of 11,47,125 candidates appeared for JEE Main in January, April and 2,45,195 students have qualified for JEE Advanced. After qualifying JEE Main, students have crossed 1st step in securing admission in IISC, IITs, NITs and other premier institutes. KVS has shown outstanding performance in CBSE 12th class result 2019 with a pass percentage of 98.54% and topped in the category of all institution for the second consecutive year. KV provides education to around 12.75 lakh students around the globe.
