ABVMU urges students not to fall for social media rumours as UP CNET 2026 approaches; strict action warned against exam fraud

The Atal Bihari Vajpayee Medical University (ABVMU), Uttar Pradesh is going to conduct the UP Common Nursing Entrance Test (CNET) 2026 on June 6, 2026 at 307 examination centres across Uttar Pradesh. Ahead of the BSc nursing entrance examination the university has issued an advisory cautioning candidates, parents and guardians against misinformation and fraudulent claims circulating on social media platforms.
In an official notice, the university assured that the entrance examination would be conducted with the highest standards of fairness, transparency and integrity. Extensive security arrangements have been put in place, including vigilance teams, flying squads and coordination with the Special Task Force (STF) and state police authorities.
As per the university, some individuals are falsely claiming to have access to the CNET-2026 question paper and are attempting to sell it to candidates. These claims are completely baseless and appear to be aimed at cheating students and creating unnecessary panic ahead of the examination.

Students and parents have been advised not to contact or pay anyone claiming to provide access to the question paper. The university also asked candidates to avoid forwarding suspicious messages, saying the spread of such content only fuels misinformation.
