NEW DELHI: The Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham has commenced the slot 2 of Amrita Entrance Examination – Engineering (AEEE) 2025 phase 1 exam at 12 noon. The exam will be held till 2:30 pm. The exam is being in three slots. Slot 1 was held from 8:30 to 11 and slot 3 is set for 3:30 pm to 6 pm.

The AEEE Phase 1 will be held on February 1, 2 and 3 and the Phase 2 exam is scheduled to be held from May 10 to 14. The AEEE 2025 admit card was issued on January 27. Candidates who registered for the entrance exam can download the AEEE 2025 admit card through the official website, aeee.amrita.edu. Only candidates who have booked their exam slots will be able to download the AEEE admit card 2025.
The AEEE 2025 admit card is a mandatory document for the examination day. Candidates will not be allowed to appear for the exam without their hall ticket.
AEEE 2025 exam pattern
The AEEE exam will comprise four sections with a total of 100 questions. The questions will be distributed as follows: Mathematics will have 40 questions, Physics will have 30, Chemistry will include 25, and English will have five questions.
As per the marking scheme, each correct answer will carry three marks, with a total of 300 marks for the exam. There is a negative marking of one mark for every incorrect answer. The AEEE 2025 entrance exam duration will be of 2 hours and 30 minutes.

According to the AEEE 2025 admission process, candidates who meet the requirements will be offered admission to the BTech programmes through a Centralised Seat Allotment Process (CSAP). AEEE 2025 will be held in two phases -- January and April 2025. Best percentile score will be considered to rank the candidates attending both the phases.

AEEE 2025: Exam-day guidelines
- Ensure that recent passport-sized, colored photograph is securely attached to the admit card.
- Bring AEEE 2025 admit card along with a valid original photo id proof to the test centre. Any one of the following: passport, driver's license, Voter ID, Card, PAN card, Aadhar Card.
- Candidates who arrive late to the test centre will not be allowed entry once the gates are closed.
- Prohibited items include cell phones, calculators, watch calculators, alarm clocks, digital watches with built-in calculators, memory or any electronic or smart devices.
- Candidates are required to remain seated until the completion of the exam. Re-entry into the test hall after submission of the test is not allowed.
- Any attempt at impersonation or malpractice caught at any stage will result in the disqualification of the candidate and may lead to appropriate legal action.
