NEW DELHI: The Indian Air Force (IAF) has released the AFCAT 02/2021 notification in online mode on the official website - afcat.cdac.in. Eligible candidates can fill the AFCAT 02/2021 application form from June 1, 2021. The AFCAT 02/2021 short notification pdf includes all the details regarding the AFCAT eligibility criteria, selection procedure, important dates and other information. The last date to apply for AFCAT 02/2021 is June 30.
As per the AFCAT 02/2021 notification, IAF has released the total number of 334 vacancies for the different posts in Indian Air Force. It is advised to check the detailed eligibility criteria to avoid any rejection. To complete the AFCAT 02/2021 application procedure, candidates need to pay the application fees of Rs. 250, while there is no registration fee for NCC special entry and metrology entry.

AFCAT Salary
IAF provides the pay on commissioning as per 7th CPC along with other allowances. The other allowances are based on the nature of duty/place of posting and it includes flying, technical, field area, special compensatory (hill area), special force, siachen, island special duty, test pilot & flight test engineer, area and remote locality allowance. As per the AFCAT notification 2021, flight cadets shall receive a fixed stipend of Rs 56,100 per month during one year of training.
AFCAT is the Air Force Common Admission Test conducted by the Indian Air Force twice a year. Candidates need to qualify this written test followed by the Air Force Selection Board (AFSB) interview. The shortlisted candidates will get the call letter for the training period.
