AFCAT 2021 - Exam concludes; What next?

NEW DELHI: The Indian Air Force has successfully conducted the Air Force Common Admission Test (AFCAT) across the country. AFCAT (1) 2021 was conducted on February 20, 21 and 22 in online mode. AFCAT 2021 is held for the recruitment of candidates in technical and non-technical branches of the IAF. Candidates who appeared for the AFCAT exam 2021 can check the AFCAT 2021 expected cutoff and result date here.

Candidates who qualify for the AFCAT exam 2021 will be called for the SSB interview at various selection centres. Candidates first need to select the date and selection centre from the official website.

The first stage of the AFCAT SSB interview is a screening test that comprises various modules. Candidates who qualify for the screening test will be retained in the selection centre for further testing. AFACT 2021 SSB selection process comprises Group Testing Officer tasks(GTO), Thematic Apperception Test (TAT), command task, Word Association Test (WAT), Situation Reaction Test (SRT) and other tests. Recommended candidates will be called for medical examination later.

AFCAT 2021 expected cutoff

The IAF will release the AFCAT 2021 cutoff marks along with the declaration of the result. The cutoff marks will be available for both AFCAT and Engineering Knowledge Test (EKT) exams separately. For more details, candidates can check the table below.

The exam conducting authority will release the AFCAT 2021 result at its official website. The AFCAT 2021 result date is March 15 tentatively. Candidates who qualify for the AFCAT 2021 (1) exam will be issued a call letter for the SSB interview.

AFCAT 2 2021 notification will be released tentatively in July on the official website. As per the previous year trends, AFCAT 2 2021 exam date will be October 3 to 5. Candidates must check the eligibility criteria before applying for AFCAT 2 2021.
