The Bar Council of India (BCI) will conduct the All India Bar Examination XX (AIBE 20) today in 55 test centres across the country. The offline exam will begin at 1 pm and will conclude at 4 pm, with entry gates opening from 11.30 am. Candidates are required to carry their AIBE 20 admit card and a valid government ID to the exam centre to be allowed entry.

The BCI will provide a Windows-based computer or laptop to such candidates opting for screen reader software to access both NVDA and JAWS. They should also bring NVDA installation files, soft copies of Bare Acts from official government websites, and an accessible digital copy of the question paper in a pen drive.

They also have an option to use a scribe in place of assistive software, as per the ministry of social justice and empowerment guidelines. All PwD candidates will be given an additional 20 minutes per hour to attempt the question paper.

The AIBE 20 exam will be conducted for a total duration of three hours. Therefore, PwD candidates will get an extra one hour to answer the questions.
