NEW DELHI: The All-India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) has launched the 'Young Achievers Scholarship and Holistic Academic Skills Venture Initiative (YASHASVI) scheme 2025'. The scheme implemented by the AICTE to encourage students to pursue technical education in core branches of engineering and technology.
These include civil engineering, chemical engineering, electrical engineering, electronics and communication engineering, mechanical engineering, agriculture engineering, and textile technology in AICTE-approved technical institutions. The last date to register for the AICTE YASHASVI scholarship scheme 2025 is February 15, 2025.
As per the official notice, a total of 5,200 scholarships are allocated annually under this scheme, with 2,593 scholarships reserved for degree courses and 2,607 for diploma courses.

According to the official press release, degree-level students will receive the scholarship amount is Rs 50,000 per annum for each year of study, covering a maximum of four years for those admitted in the first year and three years for lateral entry students.
For diploma-level students, the scholarship amount of Rs 30,000 per annum will be provided each year, with a maximum duration of three years for first-year entrants and two years for lateral entry students.
