AIIMS NORCET 9 Exam 2025: The stage 2 admit cards will be issued on September 24, while details of the exam state and city will be notified seven days before the test.
The Nursing Officer Recruitment Common Eligibility Test (NORCET-9) has come under scrutiny after allegations of a paper leak surfaced soon after the stage 1 results were declared. The AIIMS NORCET 9 result was announced on September 18. A total of 88,902 candidates appeared for the eligibility test, out of which 46,014 declared qualified.
Following the claims of paper leak, the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) Delhi issued a clarification dismissing the allegations. The institute said that the content shared online comprised memory-based questions recollected by candidates after appearing for the exam, which is a routine practice in competitive examinations.
An internal committee was constituted to examine the matter. After review, the committee confirmed that the NORCET-9 examination process remains unaffected. AIIMS noted that no instance of malpractice or undue advantage to any candidate has been identified.
“An internal committee has investigated the matter and affirmed that the integrity of the NORCET-9 examination remains completely intact. No malpractice or undue advantage to any candidate has occurred,” the official notice said.
The AIIMS NORCET-9 Stage 2 exam will be held on September 27. The NORCET 9 stage 2 admit cards will be released on September 24, while details of the exam state and city will be notified seven days prior to the test.
As per the official press release, AIIMS stated that it continues to conduct recruitment examinations under a fair and transparent framework, with merit as the only criterion for selection.
