The questions that are included in the answer key and solutions set released by the institute are based on memory, so candidates are cautioned they might not be 100% accurate. Also AIIMS MBBS being a computer-based exam, candidates are not given any printed question papers that they can carry home.

Interestingly, the answer key released by the institute only has 167 questions instead of 200, which is the total number of questions asked in the AIIMS MBBS 2019 exam. It is because Resonance could gather only that many questions from its students (who shared them with the institute from their memory).

The AIIMS MBBS 2019 answer key by Resonance then contains the answers to 167 questions asked in the entrance exam. Candidates who have appeared in the morning session, which was conducted from 9 am - 12.30 pm, May 25, can compare their answers against those given on the answer key. This way the candidate can tally the number of correct answers and thus expected score, for which one may take help of the official marking scheme prescribed by AIIMS New Delhi, the exam conducting body.

Candidates must note that answer keys released by coaching institutes are unofficial versions, so keys included in them may not always match the answers determined by the exam conducting body.
AIIMS MBBS exam being a computer-based exam, AIIMS New Delhi doesn’t generally release official answer keys. But if it is released, candidates need to refer that considering it is the final authority on the correctness of an answer.
Brief on AIIMS MBBS 2019
AIIMS MBBS 2019 exam is conducted on May 25 and 26, with two sessions a day. Morning session is held from 9 am - 12.30 pm, and evening session from 3 pm - 6.30 pm. Candidates who qualify in the exam will be eligible to participate in counselling and seat allotment process. The result of the exam will be declared on June 12.
In the current session, based on AIIMS MBBS result, a total of 1207 MBBS seats will be filled, including 7 seats for foreign nationals, in 15 participating AIIMS institutes.
