New Delhi, May 30: AIIMS New Delhi will conduct fresh AIIMS PG 2019 (July session) entrance exam in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, on June 14, from 9 am -12 noon. It may be recalled that the entrance exam in Bhubaneswar, like in other centres, was originally slated to be conducted on May 5. But after the state was severely hit by Cyclone Fani, exam in the centre was cancelled.

Revised admit cards for candidates who will be appearing from Bhubaneswar centre will issued on June 6 onward. Eligible candidate will be able to download the admit from the official portal by entering their applicant login id, password and security code displayed on screen. Meanwhile, the result of the exam will be declared on June 19.

The AIIMS PG 2019 exam on June 14 (9 am -12 noon) will be conducted at the following centre in Bhubaneswar:

Cyclone Fani hits Odisha on May 3
Cyclone Fani, which hit the state of Odisha, including the coastal city of Bhubaneswar, severely damaged infrastructure in the city and disrupted communication networks. The cyclone has been recognized as amongst the most powerful to have hit the state.
The situation was such that many candidates who were slated to appear in the AIIMS PG 2019 exam on May 5 were facing difficulty travelling to and finding accommodation in Bhubaneswar.
AIIMS New Delhi gets into action mode
Given the situation and difficulty faced by candidates, AIIMS officials in a notification published on May 3, announced that it is cancelling the exam in the Bhubaneswar centre on May 5. Also, the exam for affected candidates will be now conducted on a new date. The result of the exam which was slated to be declared on May 13, meanwhile, was postponed until the exam was conducted in Bhubaneswar.
New dates announced
On May 29, in a notification published on its website, AIIMS New Delhi informed candidates that it is conducting the AIIMS PG 2019 exam in Bhubaneswar on June 14. The notification also requested candidates to download their AIIMS PG 2019 admit cards from June 6 onward.
The result of AIIMS PG 2019, will now be declared on June 19.
