AIIMS PG 2019 Result (July session) postponed due to Cyclone ‘Fani’

NEW DELHI, May 14: The result of All India Institute of Medical Sciences for Postgraduate exam - AIIMS PG exam has been postponed by AIIMS, New Delhi, due to Cyclone ‘Fani’ in Odisha. As per the recent notification released by AIIMS, New Delhi, the result which was earlier expected to be announced on May 13, 2019, in PDF format, will now be rescheduled until the completion of AIIMS PG exam in an exam centre of Bhubaneswar. The notice also mentions that the revised dates of AIIMS PG 2019 result will be announced later, with the counselling schedule.

AIIMS PG 2019 July session was conducted on May 5, in computer-based mode, across 64 cities of India, excluding one exam centre in Bhubaneswar. AIIMS PG exam (July session) conducted for admission to 514 MD/MS and 15 MDS seats, was rescheduled due to the severe effect of Cyclone ‘Fani’. The latest revised date of AIIMS PG exam will now be released soon by the examination authority.

Since, AIIMS PG 2019 result for July session will be announced only after conducting the exam in Bhubaneswar. Here are the steps on how to download AIIMS PG result:

• Go to the official website - aiimsexams.org

• Click on the results section

• Open the AIIMS PG result file for MD/MS/MCh/DM and MDS courses

• Search the roll number and name in the merit list

• Download and take a printout of the same for future references

After the declaration of result, only the qualified candidates will be allowed to download their individual score cards entering the candidate login details including registration ID, password and captcha code.

The counselling will be conducted online in three rounds including the open round. Before the commencement of the first round of seat allotment, the authority will conduct the AIIMS PG mock round counselling to provide an idea to eligible candidates about the allocation of MD/MS/MDS seats, as per their preferences.
