AIIMS PG 2020: Basic Registration for January session has started; know steps to register

NEW DELHI, July 5: All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi has started the basic registration process for admission to MD/MS/MCH/DM courses. As per the official sources, the dates for the closing of the registration window will be notified later. Candidates wishing to pursue their post-graduation from AIIMS can go through the process of filling the registration form mentioned below and register themselves. The registration process is for admission to all the seven colleges of AIIMS institutes offering PG courses. AIIMS PG basic registration 2020 for January session is the first step which will be followed by a final registration, including the payment of registration fee. Candidates who had already registered for the year 2019 and have login credentials can log in by filling in their details and those who have not registered earlier have to do fresh registrations.

How to fill AIIMS PG registration form 2020 for January session?

In order to complete the basic registration of AIIMS PG 2020 application form, candidates have to follow the steps mentioned below:

1. Candidates have to first visit the official website of aiimsexams.org

2. Click on ‘academic courses’ tab

3. Candidates will be redirected to the examination section page. Here they have to click on MD/MS/MCH/DM in the ‘post-graduate’ column

4. Next, click on ‘Proceed’ which will lead to AIIMS PG basic registration page

5. Candidates can then ‘PG’ ahead with their registration process by filling in details like date of birth, name, gender, nationality etc.

6. Thereafter images of left-hand thumb impression and a recent passport size photograph have to be uploaded

7. After successful registration candidates are required to print the basic registration form for future references.

What after the registrations?

The below-mentioned process will take place after the candidate has completed his/her basic registrations:

• Scrutiny of the application and acceptance of basic registration will be done.

• If the basic application form is accepted candidates will be able to generate Registration Unique Code (RUC).

• With the help of RUC candidates will be able to proceed to final registration for PG courses.

• In the final registration, candidates will be able to fill academic details and pay the application fee.
