NEW DELHI: The All India Law Entrance Test (AILET) 2022, was conducted by the National Law University (NLU) Delhi on June 26, 2022. According to the experts at LegalEdge, the students have faced an element of surprise while attempting AILET 2022. Under the new pattern, the arrangement of questions startled the students a bit. However, the majority of the sections were still added to the examination, with mathematics being an exception.

The AILET 2022 cut-offs can be expected on the higher end with around 100+ for the General category. Candidates looking for admission to BA LLB and LLM programmes offered by NLU Delhi will have to clear the category-wise AILET cut-offs 2022, to secure admission in the desired law programme.

AILET previous year cut-offs

Meanwhile, the AILET 2022 result and merit lists will be declared soon, at - nationallawuniversitydelhi.in. Only shortlisted candidates will be invited for counselling and the seat allotment process. To get an idea of the expected cut-offs for AILET 2022, candidates should check the previous years’ cut-off trends. Last year, the AILET cut-off for BA LLB was 100 marks (rank 82) for general category candidates. The AILET LLM cut-off was 100.25 (rank - 60). The category and programme-wise cut-offs for the previous three years are as mentioned below.

The final answer key of AILET 2022 has been released by the university. Candidates can use the answer key to calculate their marks in the examination. Shortlisted candidates will be invited for the AILET counselling 2022. It will be conducted in three to four rounds. The complete schedule of AILET 2022 counselling will be announced soon.
