NEW DELHI: The National Law University (NLU) Delhi has begun the registration process for the All India Law Entrance Test (AILET) 2025 today, August 1. Eligible candidates should fill out the AILET 2025 application form through the official website, nludelhi.ac.in.

As per the schedule, the institute will conduct AILET 2025 on December 8, 2024, in a single shift from 2 pm to 4 pm. The AILET is conducted for admission to the five-year Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws (BA LLB) (Hons), Master of Laws (LLM), and Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) programmes. According to the institute's official website, the institute is offering a Bachelor of Commerce-Bachelor of Laws (BCom-LLB) course starting this year.

“If any institution has concerns regarding the conduct of the said entrance test on December 8, 2024, from 2 pm to 4 pm, they may send their request for a change of date to registrar@nludelhi.ac.in latest by June 3, 2024,” the official notice read.

Candidates belonging to the unreserved categories will have to pay Rs 3,500 as the registration fee whereas the application fee for Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST) and Persons with Disabilities (PwD) categories is Rs 1,500.

NLU Delhi BCom-LLB Course: Eligibility

Candidates interested in admission to the BCom-LLB course at NLU Delhi can review the eligibility criteria below.

  • All candidates, except those applying under the foreign nationals category, must take the AILET for selection.

  • Candidates should have passed Class 12 or an equivalent examination with a minimum aggregate of 45% marks. For candidates under the foreign nationals category, the eligibility requirement is 65% marks in Class 12 or an equivalent examination.

  • Candidates who are appearing for or awaiting results of the qualifying examination may also apply and take the entrance test.
