Calculating probable marks using the AIBE answer key
To calculate expected scores and access one’s chances of qualifying in the exam, follow the following tips:
-
By consulting the answer key, first calculate the number of correct attempts.
-
Since there is no negative marking, there is no need to calculate incorrect attempts.
-
Now assign 1 mark for each correct answer
-
Then tally the marks to arrive at the TOTAL marks.
Note that the AIBE result wouldn’t include the marks scored by the candidate, as it will simply be notified as pass or fail. Such candidates who qualify in the exam will earn the Certificate of Practice (COP) for practising law in India.
