NEW DELHI: Alliance University has invited applications for its Masters in Business Administration (MBA) programme for the upcoming academic year. As per the institute, the programme offers a curriculum designed to equip students with the skills and knowledge needed for success in the current business environment.
The MBA course features specialisations in Business Analytics, Marketing, Finance, Human Resource Management, Operations Management, and International Business. The last date to apply for the programme is November 30 for both the January and July intakes.
To be eligible for the programme candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree from a recognised university with a minimum of 50% marks.
Candidates are required to submit a valid scores from national-level management aptitude tests, including the Common Admission Test (CAT), Xavier Aptitude Test (XAT), Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies Management Aptitude Test (NMAT), Management Aptitude Test (MAT), Common Management Admission Test (CMAT), Karnataka Management Admission Test (KMAT), and the Alliance Management Aptitude Test (AMAT).
The selection process assesses candidates on multiple criteria including academic performance, entrance test scores, an oral extempore presentation, and a personal interview.
In the Oral Extempore Presentation, candidates will give a three-minute talk on a given topic, which will be evaluated based on content, relevance, and clarity. The personal interview will further assess the candidate's overall personality and suitability for the programme.
Alliance University offers a range of scholarship opportunities for MBA students, including merit-based scholarships that recognize exceptional academic performance, which can provide waivers of up to 50% on tuition fees. Category-based scholarships are also available for scheduled caste (SC), scheduled tribe (ST) candidates, disabled students, and sports achievers, offering various tuition fee waivers.
As per the institute, the MBA programme offers a robust internship programme with a 100% placement success rate. Graduates benefit from diverse placement opportunities across various sectors, including finance, marketing, operations, and human resources. Top recruiters such as TVS Motor Company, ABB, and Reliance Jio provide roles across these domains.
