AMU begins admission for short-term certificate courses for female students

AMU’s Centre for Skill Development and Career Planning has begun admission for short-term courses. Classes will start from October 1.

NEW DELHI : Aligarh Muslim University has commenced admission for short-term courses offered by Centre for Skill Development and Career Planning. Female students who have passed Class 10 can apply for the certificate courses. Classes for these courses will begin from October 1.

The courses being offered by the university are Computer Typing (Hindi and English), Word Processing, Tally, Web Designing and Publishing, Electronic Data Processing, Computer Programming (PYTHON), Garment Making, Fashion Illustration and Sketching, Interior Decoration, Beauty Culture (Skin Care, Hair Care and Advance Courses), Commercial Arts and English Fluency Development Course.

Professor Naima Khatoon (Director, Centre for Skill Development and Career Planning) informed, “The admission forms are available at the Office of the Centre for Skill Development and Career Planning from 9 am to 4 pm on working days. Interested candidates can visit the Office of the Centre and check the university website, amu.ac.in for further details”.

Students can check the eligibility criteria and syllabus on the official website – amu.ac.in.
