Download NowNEW DELHI, APRIL 12 : Board of Intermediate Education, Andhra Pradesh (BIEAP) is set to announce the AP intermediate results today i.e Friday, April 12 at 11 am at the official website. The results will be announced for both 1st and 2nd year examinations for General and Vocational streams. Students can check their result by selecting the stream and entering their hall ticket number or registration number. The examinations were conducted from February 28 to March 18, 2019.

The minimum score required to clear the board examinations in AP is 35%. 2nd year intermediate students are allotted divisions based on their scores in both first and second year.
Know the steps to check AP Inter results 2019-
- Click on AP Intermediate Result or visit the official link - bieap.gov.in
- Enter the hall ticket number
- Select the year for which you have appeared and click Submit
- The result will open up on the screen
- Save it and take a printout for reference.
While the results are being announced in the conference, they’ll be uploaded on the website which may cause the server to go slow. In case students are unable to check their result, it is advised that they stay patient and come back again after some time to check the result.

@11:22 am - Girls outperformed boys.
@11:22 am - 3.3 lakh students failed the exams. 52,000 students were absent.
@11:19 am - Krishna is the top district to score the highest pass percentage - 81% followed by Chittor district - 76%, Nellore, West Godavari, Guntur - 74%.
@11:18 am - Candidates who failed the exam can apply for adv supplementary examination. Last date to apply is April 24. Exams to be conducted from May 24, 2019.
@11:10 am - Calculation of percentage = CGPA X 10
@11:10 am - Overall pass percentage for girls 74% and that for boys 64% for second year Vocational students
@11:10 am - Overall pass percentage for girls 75% and that for boys 68% for second year General students.

@11:00 am - Conference for result declaration has begun in Vijaywada.
@10:56 am - Students can check their AP inter result using SMS too. They need to type APGEN2 <space> REGISTRATION NUMBER and send it to 56263 to get their second year result (APGEN1 for first year result).

@10:36 am - This year the overall pass percentage is expected to increase.
@10:35 am - The overall pass percentage for AP intermediate 2nd year was 73.33 in 2018, 70.5 in 2017 and 74 in 2016.
