AP OAMDC 2023 registration ends tomorrow; seat allotment result on July 16

NEW DELHI: The Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE) will close the registration process of the Online Admissions Module for Degree Colleges (OAMDC) 2023 tomorrow, July 5. Interested candidates can apply for AP OAMDC 2023 by visiting the official website – oamdc-apsche.aptonline.in.

As per the AP OAMDC 2023 schedule, the exercise of web options is from July 7 to July 12. The seat allotment result will be declared on July 16 and the classes will begin on July 17.

Earlier, the online registration started on June 19. In OAMDC 2023, there will be a total of three phases. OAMDC is an online portal that facilitates the admission process for undergraduate courses offered by colleges in Andhra Pradesh.

Candidates who have successfully completed their Class 12 examinations or are currently in the final year of their studies are eligible to apply for OAMDC and AP degree admissions for the academic year 2023-24.

OAMDC 2023: Instructions for application

Candidates applying for OAMDC 2023 are required to follow the instructions provided to ensure a smooth application process. Here are the key instructions:

  • Candidates can apply to any of the government and aided degree colleges in the state using a single application form.
  • Candidates can select up to five colleges and streams in order of their preference for where they wish to study.
  • After submitting the Common Application Form (CAF), candidates should print out the computer-generated application form. It is necessary to attach the supporting documents and keep them ready for submission if they are accepted into a college.
  • The colleges will review the submitted CAFs and either accept or reject the applicants. If a student's CAF is accepted, they will need to pay the prescribed fee to secure admission. If an applicant gets rejected, they will not be eligible for enrollment.
  • Applicants must complete the online CAF with all the required information. Candidates also need to take printouts of the application copy and get their parents' or guardians' signatures. Subsequently, they should proceed to obtain admission to the college, along with all the necessary documentation.
