The AP SSC result was declared by Commissioner of School Education, S. Suresh Kumar. During the press conference, the board provided information regarding the number of registered, appeared, and qualified students, as well as the pass percentage, distribution of students by grade, and the results by district.

The AP SSC result 2024 is provisional, but students must collect their official mark sheets from their schools a few days after the announcement of the AP 10th result 2024. The detailed AP SSC memos will be issued within four days.

A total of 623,128 candidates were registered for the exams, out of which 616,615 wrote the exams. The overall appearance rate was 98.95%, with 534,574 candidates passing the exams, resulting in a pass percentage of 86.69%.

Girls have achieved a higher pass rate than boys, with girls scoring 89.17 percent and boys scoring 84.32 percent.

The AP SSC supplementary exams are conducted by the Board of Secondary Education of Andhra Pradesh (BSEAP) for students who wish to improve their scores in the regular SSC exams or who failed one or two subjects. AP 10th supplementary exams will be held from May 24 to June 3, 2024.

Parvathipuram Manyam stood out with a pass percentage of 96.37%. On the other hand, Kurnool ranked at the bottom of the list with a pass rate of 62.47%, highlighting the need for improvement in educational outcomes in that particular region.

Among the 11,645 schools, a remarkable 2,803 managed to achieve a perfect 100% pass rate. Unfortunately, a disappointing 0% pass rate was recorded in just 17 schools.

The board completed the evaluation process from April 1 to 8, 2024 in 28 Zilla Kendra. 

This year, 6,16,615 wrote the AP SSC exams which were held from March 18 to 30, 2024.  No malpractices were reported during the exams and no disciplinary action was taken against teachers.

Generally, the board does not conduct revaluation of answer sheets. The students are provided with the option of recertification or recounting of marks.  

Last year, the board declared class 10 results on May 6 and the overall pass percentage was 72.26%. A total of 6,09,881 students were declared pass.

Once announced online, students can download their AP 10th class marks memo, certificate and other documents from their DigiLocker account.
