APPSC AEE 2019 exam date revised; screening test on Feb 17

Subscribe NowNEW DELHI, DECEMBER 27: Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission (APPSC) has revised the exam date of screening test. As per official notification, the screening test will be conducted on February 17, 2019. Earlier, the exam was scheduled to be held on February 10, 2019. Apart from this, the examination authority has revised the exam pattern of main examination. According to the revised APPSC AEE exam pattern of mains, the paper 3 will consist of three subject which earlier was four. The Civil & Mechanical Engineering (Common) subject has been has been cancelled.
Candidates who have applied for Post Code No. 6 (AEE (Civil / Mech) in A.P Panchayat Raj & RD Engineering Service) belonging to Civil Engineering will appear for the same in Paper 3 instead of Civil and Mechanical Engineers (common). Similarly, candidates who have applied for Post Code No. 7 (AEE (Civil / Mech) in A.P Tribal Welfare Engineering Department) belonging to Civil Engineering will write the same in Paper 3.
APPSC AEE hall ticket 2019 will be issued in the first week of February 2019. The hall ticket will be issued online. To download the hall ticket, candidates will have to enter registration number, date of birth/mobile number and security code.
The screening test of APPSC AEE will carry total 150 objective type questions. The question paper will be divided into two parts – A and B. Part A will have questions from General Studies & Mental Ability while Part B will carry questions from Civil & Mechanical Engineering (Common) or Electrical Engineering. Total marks allotted for the screening test is 150. The standard of questions will be of graduation level.
APPSC AEE exam is being conducted for recruitment of Assistant Executive Engineers in various Engineering Services. As many as 309 vacancies will be filled through this recruitment exam.
