APSC admit card 2018 for prelims to be released on Dec 15; know how to download

NEW DELHI, DECEMBER 13: Assam Public Service Commission (APSC) will issue the admit card of APSC prelims exam on December 15, 2018. The admit card for the preliminary exam will be available online at the official website of APSC . The Commission, however, will not send hard copy of the same by post.
Candidates will be able to download the admit card by logging online using their roll number and date of birth. After downloading, candidates will need to paste passport-size photograph on the admit card.
APSC 2018 prelims is scheduled to be held on December 30 in various centres across 31 districts of Assam. The exam will be held in two shifts - morning and afternoon. The admit card will be available for download till the day of the exam.
APSC admit card will consist of candidate’s name, roll number, date, shift and venue of exam, guidelines to be followed on the day of exam, etc. Along with the admit card, candidates should carry at least one prescribed photo-identity proof to the exam centre.
If candidates notices inconsistencies in details provided in the admit card, they must contact the concerned authority and get it rectified. On the day of exam, candidates should refrain from carrying the following items inside the exam hall – mobile phones, Bluetooth devices, earphones, tablets, calculators, books, scale etc.
Assam Public Service Commission conducts Combined Competitive Examination to recruit candidates for various services including Assam Civil Services, Assam Land and Revenue Service, Assam Police Service etc. The Commission has announced total 165 vacancies for APSC 2018. The prelims exam is qualifying in nature and therefore, marks secured in the exam will not be considered while preparing the final result. Candidates obtaining the minimum cut off marks in prelims will be shortlisted for mains.
