Assam CEE 2021 begins today; Check exam day guidelines

NEW DELHI: Assam Science and Technology University (ASTU) will conduct the Assam CEE 2021 exam today, August 29. Assam common entrance exam 2021 will be conducted as a pen-paper based exam in a single shift from 11.00 am to 2.00 pm. Assam CEE 2021 will be conducted at nine exam centres in Assam.

Assam CEE 2021 Exam Timings and Mode

Assam CEE admit card 2021 was released on the official website on August 20. The authorities have released Assam CEE 2021 exam day guidelines along with the admit card. Assam CEE 2021: Exam day guidelines

• Candidates should reach their allotted Assam CEE exam centres at least half hour before the commencement of the exam to avoid any last minute rush.

• Candidates must carry their Assam CEE admit card 2021 and a valid photo ID proof to the centres.

• Candidates must carry Black ballpoint pen to the exam centres as only black ball pen is allowed to fill the OMR sheet.

• Candidates must maintain social distancing at all times and follow all COVID-19 norms.

• All the instructions given by the invigilators must be followed by the candidates.

• Candidates are not allowed to carry any textual material, calculators, documents, Log tables, printed or written material, and bits of papers, mobile phone, pager or any other electronic gadgets to the exam hall.

Assam CEE Exam Pattern

Assam CEE 2021 will be conducted as an exam of 3 hours having 120 multiple-choice questions spread over three sections of the exam- physics, chemistry and mathematics. Candidates will be awarded 4 marks for each correct answer and there will be a negative marking of 1 mark for each wrong answer.

Assam CEE 2021 is conducted by Assam Science and Technology University (ASTU) for admission in first year BTech courses offered by the university.
