Assam HS Result 2023 (Out) Live: AHSEC 12th results at ahsec.assam.gov.in; direct link, toppers list

Ramanujan Senior Secondary School, Nagaon shined this year in Assam Class 12 results 2023 as many students from the school recorded 100% and toppers in all streams emerged from this school. 

In Assam science result 2023, Baksa district recorded the highest pass percentage of 95.69%. Whereas in Dima Hasao, only 58.38% students passed the exam. 

Assam education minister Ranoj Pegu congratulated students and shared Assam 12th result 2023 abstracts in a series of tweets. He also expressed gratitude to AHSEC for declaring results.

A total of 1,002 students including 751 boys and 251 girls appeared for the betterment exam in science stream of Assam Class 12, highest in all three, out of which 543 students passed the exam this year with the overall pass percentage of 54.19%.

West K Anglong recorded the highest pass percentage of 97.18% in commerce stream in Assam Board 12th exams 2023. Dima Hasao came last with 47.95%. 

Dhemaji district recorded the highest pass percentage of 90.74% in arts stream in Assam 12th result 2023 whereas Karbi Anglong recorded the lowest of 51.93%.

The overall pass percentage of girl students in Assam Class 12 board exams 2023 is 72.92% whereas boys recorded 66.94% this year.  

A total of 46,383 students appeared for Assam board Class 12 exams 2023 of which 39,405 students passed the exams. 

Assam chief minister Himanta Biswa Sarma announced today that there will be no board exams for Class 10 students from the upcoming academic session. The exams will be conducted on school level and AHSEC, SEBA boards will be merged into a new single board.

Assam 12th result 2023 marksheet

Assam Class 12 board result 2023 link is available on the website -- iresults.in

Students who wish to get a photocopy of their Assam Class 12 board exams answer scripts will have to fill an application form online through the official website -- ahsec.assam.gov.in. The form will be available 10 days after the result date. 

From the next academic session, Assam Class 10 exams will be conducted at school level as part of the new education policy. There will be a pass and fail system but the students will not be appearing for board exams, state CM Himanta Biswa Sarma announced.

The draft National Curriculum Framework (NCF) recommends Class 12 board exams twice a year and choice-based credit courses in eight curricular areas instead of the old stream-wise division. K Kasturirangan chaired the committee which prepared the draft.

Students who will not feel satisfied with their Assam HS result 2023 will be able to apply for rechecking. As per the official notification, an online application form for rechecking will be opened on the official website -- ahsec.assam.gov.in, two days after the result declaration. 

Assam Class 12 students will be able to check Assam board 12th result 2023 through the android app 'Upolobdha'. Students can download the app from Google play store.

Earlier on May 27, a board official confirming that the AHSEC 12th result will not be announced by May 31 said that Assam HS result date and time 2023 will be announced a day before the declaration of Assam board Class 12 results. AHSEC will also distribute the Assam board 12th HS result mark sheets and AHSEC pass certificates on the day of HS result 2023, the board official added. Read More

The Assam Higher Secondary Education Council (AHSEC) is yet to announce the HS result 2023 date Assam AHSEC. The official Assam HS Class 12th results website now says that the result will be announced "very soon".

The minimum passing mark in AHSEC Class 12th result 2023 is 30 percent.
