Download nowThe Directorate of Medical Education (DME), Guwahati has commenced the Assam NEET PG 2025 counselling round 3 choice filling and locking for admission to MD, MS, and PG diploma courses. Candidates who participated in round 1, 2 and did not secure a seat can also apply for round 3 through the official website at dme.assam.gov.in.
The Assam National-Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test Postgraduate (NEET PG) 2026 counselling round 3 choice filling and locking facility will be available till today, January 7.
“Candidates must fill in at least 1 preference before Locking. Any form locked without filling in any preference will be considered as a candidate not participating in the Counselling process,” according to the official notification.

The Assam NEET PG 2025 round 3 choice filling and locking form will require candidates NEET PG or MDS details, contact number, personal information, and educational documents.
The authority is conducting the Assam NEET PG 2025 counselling round 3 choice filling to fill a total of 482 MD, MS and PG diploma seats at government and private medical colleges across the country.
The seat allotment results will be declared on January 11 on the basis of state rank, domicile, graduation information, and other pertinent date, along with preferences filled by the candidates.
Those who will be allotted medical seats through Assam NEET PG 2025 round 3 will have to report to their respective colleges between January 16 and 17, 2026.

- NEET PG admit card
- Secondary school leaving certificate for date of birth
- Copy of NEET PG result
- Class 12 mark sheet
- MBBS passing certificate
- Photo ID card (Aadhaar card/PAN card/Driving license/Voter ID/Passport/Ration card)
- Two passport card photographs
- 12 months internship letter
- Registration certificate
- Other documents as mentioned in the prospectus
