Use NowThe Directorate of Medical Education (DME) Guwahati will start accepting the Assam NEET PG Counsellling 2025 round 1 registrations from November 6 onwards. Candidates can apply for Assam NEET PG round 1 counselling 2025 on the official website, dme.assam.gov.in, by November 9.
DME Guwahati has already published the provisional merit list for NEET PG counselling 2025 after including the incentive marks for Assam state quota seats for admissions. Based on the NEET PG scores, the Assam NEET PG 2025 merit list is prepared.
To apply for Assam NEET PG counselling, candidates will have to submit their NEET PG or MDS details, contact, personal and educational information. Candidates will be allotted seats based on candidates' choices entered, available seats, reservation criteria, and other factors.

The list of required documents for Assam NEET PG counselling 2025 is as follows.
- NEET PG admit card
- Secondary school leaving certificate for the date of birth
- Copy of NEET PG result
- Class 12 mark sheet
- MBBS passing certificate
- Photo ID card (Aadhaar card/PAN card/Driving license/Voter ID/Passport/Ration card)
- 2 passport size photographs
- 12 months internship letter
- Registration certificate
