New Delhi, April 20
: The Directorate of Medical Education (DME), Guwahati will conduct the 2nd counselling and spot admission in physical mode from April 24 to 26. The counselling process is open to all candidates who have qualified in NEET PG 2019 and are included in the state merit list.
In case of unreserved and reserved category candidates listed in the merit list and with minimum marks of 545 marks, counselling will be conducted on April 24. Candidates who have scored 545 marks after awarding 3% bonus marks are also included in this group.
Meanwhile, counselling for reserved and unreserved candidates whose scores are below 545 and above 449 will be held on April 25. Candidates who meet the cutoff marks after adding bonus marks are also eligible.
On the last day, i.e. April 26, counselling will be conducted for all candidates with marks below 449 and above 395. Also, like in the above cases, candidates who meet the cutoff range after considering 3% bonus marks are also eligible. If there are vacant seats left at this stage, then SC, ST (P), ST (H), candidates with marks from 394-300 will be accommodated.

The counselling process will be conducted in physical (offline) mode, so eligible candidates need to report at the counselling venue on the scheduled day. Counselling will commence every day from 10.30 am onward.

At the time of reporting for counselling, the candidate need to bring along originals of all relevant documents and also photocopies.
State quota seats Vs All India seats
Please note that the DME, Guwahati is the counselling body for admission to 50% state quota seats only. The counselling process for 50% All India Quota seats is conducted by the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) on behalf of Medical Counselling Committee (MCC).
