AXOM Sarba Siksha Abhiyan (SSA) Mission released the notification for Assam Special TET 2021. The exam is scheduled for February 28, 2021.
NEW DELHI : AXOM Sarba Siksha Abhiyan (SSA) Mission released the Assam Special TET notification 2021 in online mode on the official website - ssa.assam.gov.in . Eligible candidates can fill the Assam Special TET 2021 application form in online mode. It is important to fill all the details in application form of Assam Special TET 2021 along with payment of application fees which is Rs. 500 for general category and Rs. 300 for candidates from reserved category. The last date to complete Assam Special TET 2021 registration is January 30, 2021.
As per the Assam Special TET 2021 notification, the exam is scheduled to be conducted on February 28, 2021. Candidates with qualification of senior secondary level with minimum aggregate of 50% along with teacher training degree can apply for Assam Special TET 2021.

Assam Special TET eligibility criteria:
A resident of Assam should be the candidate. Candidates who have worked/are presently working under various SSA, Assam interventions and who have been issued district specific IDs with minimal educational and eligible qualifications can apply. However, the applicant must have passed Senior Secondary (or equivalent) with at least 50 percent marks and Diploma in Elementary Education OR Senior Secondary (or equivalent) with at least 50 percent marks and a 4-yr Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed) OR Senior Secondary (or equivalent) with at least 50 percent marks and Diploma in Education (Special Ed)

Minimum Marks for Qualifying in TET:
In order to qualify for the Teachers' Eligibility Exam, an applicant is expected to score at least 60%, i.e. 90 marks out of 150. (TET). For SC/ST (Hills)/ST (plain)/OBC/MOBC/PWD (PH), however, there will be 5% relaxation. Thus, the qualifying score will be 55 percent for these candidates.
