NTA JEE Main admit card 2026 out for January 28, 29

NTA has issued the admit card for JEE Main 2026 hall tickets for Jan 28 and 29 exams. Candidates can access the JEE Main 2026 admit card on the official website, jeemain.nta.nic.in, using their login credentials.

Candidates appearing for JEE Main 2026 are allowed to carry a printed copy of the admit card, a valid original photo identity proof, and two passport-size photographs matching the one uploaded in the application form. PwD candidates may also carry a PwD certificate and permitted assistive devices, if applicable. No other items are allowed inside the exam hall.

The next JEE Main 2026 examination will be held on January 28, followed by another exam day on January 29, as part of Session 1. The January 28 exam is scheduled for BE, BTech candidates in two shifts, while the BArch and BPlan paper will be conducted on January 29 in a single shift.

Candidates could complete most Physics questions on time due to the moderate difficulty level.

According to subject experts, the evening shift was of moderate difficulty. The question paper followed a pattern similar to the morning shift held on January 24. Among the three subjects, Physics was considered manageable, while Mathematics and Chemistry were more time-consuming. Most questions were from the Class 11 syllabus, allowing candidates to attempt the majority of Physics questions within the given three hours.
