Azim Premji Scholarship aims to support girl students from disadvantaged backgrounds by offering Rs 30,000 annually for the full duration of their UG degree or diploma course

Under the Azim Premji Foundation’s initiative, the application process for the Azim Premji Scholarship 2026-27 has begun today, August 10. The scholarship aims to support girl students from disadvantaged backgrounds to pursue their college education.
Eligible students can apply for the Azim Premji Scholarship 2026-27 on the official website at azimpremjifoundation.org. The last date for scholarship applications is August 31.
The initiative is part of the Azim Premji Foundation’s overall commitment to improve the quality and equity of education in India. However, the scholarship will not be awarded based on merit; students must meet the eligibility criteria as specified.
The eligibility criteria for Azim Premji Scholarship 2026 are as follows.
Girl students will be awarded an annual scholarship of Rs 30,000 for the full duration of their undergraduate degree or diploma course. Students must note that Azim Premji Foundation does not charge any fee at any stage of the scholarship application process.
The steps to apply for the Azim Premji Scholarship 2026-27 are as follows.
To apply for the scholarship, students will have to submit a recent passport photograph, a soft copy of Aadhaar card, bank details, Class 10 and 12 marksheets, and college admission proof. Additionally, only PDF, PNG, and JPG file formats with a file size between 30 KB and 500 KB must be uploaded for the documents.
