BCECE LE 2026 registration from April 9 for engineering, pharmacy admission; exam on May 31

BCECE LE Registration 2026: Candidates will be able to fill the application form through the official website at bceceboard.bihar.gov.in
The Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB) will start accepting online applications for the Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination – Lateral Entry (BCECE LE 2026) from April 9. Eligible candidates can apply for BCECE LE 2026 on the official website, bceceboard.bihar.gov.in.
As per the BCECE LE schedule, the last date to submit the application form is May 7, while the fee payment window will close on May 8.
After the BCECE LE 2026 application process closes, the board will open the correction window on May 10. Candidates will be allowed to edit their submitted applications until May 11.
The admit card for BCECE LE 2026 will be issued on May 23, and the exam will be conducted in offline, pen-and-paper (OMR sheet) mode on May 31.
BCECE LE 2026 eligibility criteria, fees
To complete the BCECE LE 2026 application form, all category candidates will be required to pay an application fee of Rs 2,200.
Candidates who have completed a three-year engineering diploma with a minimum of 45% aggregated marks (40% for the reserved category) or a two-year diploma in para-medical or pharmacy are eligible to apply for the BCECE LE 2026.
Students who are taking their final diploma exams in 2026 can also apply. However, they must pass the exam before counselling to be eligible for admission.
There is no age limit for engineering courses. For paramedical and pharmacy courses, students must be at least 18 years old by December 31, 2026.
The BCECE LE entrance test is conducted for lateral entry admissions into the second year of undergraduate engineering, para-medical, and pharmacy courses offered by government and private institutions in Bihar.
