NEW DELHI: Bennett University has signed an agreement with i-Hub Anubhuti, IIITD Foundation to boost research in data-driven cognitive computing solutions, focusing on various sectors such as health, law and security, education, and environmental sustainability.

According to Bennett University, with i-Hub Anubhuti, IIITD Foundation it will help improve research initiatives and innovation in various domains and will work together for the advancements in smart healthcare, cognitive systems, and data-driven technologies.

The collaboration will promote healthcare startups through a startup hub, nurturing novel ideas and technologies according to the university. The university stated that it will conduct joint academic and training programmes, fellowships, and exchange visits to facilitate cross-learning and the exchange of knowledge and technology.

Structured workshops, mentoring programmes, and academia-industry interactions will contribute to capacity building and skill enhancement as per the university.

The event was attended by Prabhu Aggarwal, vice-chancellor of Bennett University; Ajith Abraham, pro-vice-chancellor of Bennett University; Sanjay Kataria, professor and librarian of Bennett University; Saurabh Kr Chaubey, CEO of i-Hub Anubhuti, IIITD Foundation; Nirmal Bengani, head of business development and partnership; and Shivanshi Puri, skill development manager.
