BHU to reopen application window for 24 hours on March 20
NEW DELHI: Banaras Hindu University (BHU) has decided to give another chance to the registered candidates of BHU UET and PET 2020, who could not complete their application form submission till March 12 (within the deadline) due to any reason. According to BHU officials, the entrance test portal will reopen for 24 hours only, from 11 pm on March 20 to 11 pm of March 21, 2020. However, this facility can only be availed by those candidates who have registered for UET and PET 2020. This means that fresh registrations will not be permitted during this period.
Thus, it’s a last chance for the registered candidates to complete their applications and submit them. A press release by the varsity says, “All such registered applicants are being informed through email ISMS for completing the application process within the 24-hour window starting from 11:00 P.M. of 20.03.2020 to ll:00 p.M. of 21.03.2020.”

Earlier, the last date for BHU UET and PET 2020 applications was extended till March 12 from the earlier deadline. However, now, after a gap of a few days, the university has again decided to reopen the application window for 24 hours.
Further, BHU UET 2020 admit card will be released in online mode around the third week of April, while the examination for admission to the undergraduate programmes will be held on April 26, May 18, May 19, May 20, May 21, May 23 and May 28, 2020 in computer-based mode.
Besides the UG entrance, the test for admission to the PG courses, which is called BHU PET 2020, will be conducted on April 26, May 10, May 22, May 23, May 24, May 26, May 27 and May 29, 2020.
