BHU UG Admission 2024: Round 2 seat allotment result tomorrow at bhu.ac.in; schedule

NEW DELHI: Banaras Hindu University (BHU) has announced that the BHU UG 2024 round 2 seat allotment result will be published on August 22 at 6 pm. Candidates who participated in the counselling process will be able to check the BHU UG 2024 seat allotment result for round 2 by visiting the official website, bhu.ac.in.

BHU seat allotment 2024 is based on candidates' CUET scores, merit ranks, submitted preferences, category, and applicable quotas, including reserved and special quotas like sports and ECA. Seat availability in specific programmes or colleges also plays a role in the allocation.

BHU UG Seat Allotment 2024: Round 2 fee payment deadline

As per the BHU UG seat allotment notice, candidates are required to confirm their seats and pay the requisite admission fee in online mode by August 25, by 11:59 pm. The BHU UG 2024 seat acceptance payment can be paid in online mode through debit, credit, UPI or net banking. The seat allotment will be cancelled and the candidate will not be considered for further rounds if payment is not made within the deadline.

BHU UG Counselling 2024: Fee payment in case of upgradation

In case of upgradation (whether through preference or quota), candidates are required to use the "Payment" option available on their admission dashboard for each round, regardless of whether the fee is higher, the same, or lower in the upgraded course.

If the upgraded preference involves a higher fee, the candidate must pay the difference. On the other hand, if the upgraded course has a lower fee, a refund will be processed according to university regulations. Failure to pay or adjust the admission fee within the given timeframe will result in the cancellation of the allotted or upgraded seat. If payment is not made, the admission will be cancelled.

BHU UG Counselling 2024: Documents required

Candidates will require the following documents for BHU counselling 2024.

• Score card of CUET
• Certificate of Class 10
• Mark sheet of Class 10
• Class 12 marksheet and certificate
• SC, ST, OBC certificate on the basis of reserved quota
• Transfer or migration certificate (should be carried in case of university except BHU)
• Sports category certificate for candidates from sports quota.
• Certificate issued by central registry for sons, daughters of permanent employees re employed, retired, deceased employees of Banaras Hindu University.
