Bihar board exam 2022 won’t be postponed; BSEB 12th admit card likely on January 20: Report

NEW DELHI: Amid the speculation of board exam 2022 postponement due to the soaring Covid-19 cases, the Bihar School Education Board (BSEB) has said that the Class 10, 12 exams 2022 will be held as per schedule. The BSEB Class 12 exams will begin on February 1, while Class 10 exams will commence on February 17, 2022.

Bihar Education Minister Vijay Kumar Chaudhary informed students that the Bihar board intermediate, matric board exams will be conducted as per the schedule released earlier, the News18 reported.

Saying that more than 30 lakh students have registered for BSEB Class 10,12 exam 2022 this year, the education minister said that the Covid-19 protocols will be followed strictly.

As per the report, in a new rule, Bihar Board will allow candidates to appear for the Bihar Board exam 2022 by producing Aadhaar card. Students who have error in Bihar 10th or 12th admit card or in the image uploaded, will have to carry an ID card - PAN card, voter ID etc for verification purposes.

Bihar Class 10 admit card 2022 was released on January 8. The BSEB admit card Class 12 is expected to be released on January 20. Candidates will be able to download Bihar Class 10, 12 admit card at biharboardonline.bihar.gov.in. The BSEB 12th practical exam will be conducted till January 20, 2022.

The Bihar Board exam 2022 will be held in two sessions. The morning session will be held from 9:30 am to 12:45 pm and the afternoon session will be held from 1:45 pm to 5 pm.

As per the Bihar board exam timetable , the BSEB Class 12 exam will start from February 1 with mathematics paper in the morning session and Hindi paper in the afternoon session.
