BSEB gives students one last chance to complete Bihar Board registration 2027 and pay fees with late charges.

The Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) has opened a special and final opportunity for students who could not complete the registration and permission application process for the Bihar Board Intermediate and Matric annual examinations 2027. The registration window will remain open from August 18 to August 22, 2026.
According to the notification, students who missed the earlier registration deadline can complete their online registration and permission application during this final window. The board has instructed educational institutions to facilitate the process for eligible students.
Students completing the registration during this period will have to pay the prescribed fee along with the late fee.

School heads must complete the online registration and permission application for eligible students through the BSEB portal. They must also verify student details, signatures and required documents and upload the signed pre-filled declaration form.
For the intermediate annual examination 2027, heads of educational institutions can complete the online registration and deposit the required fee through the BSEB's intermediate portal. They will have to use their user ID and password to access the registration facility.
For the Matric annual examination 2027, heads of recognised schools can complete the online registration and fee payment through the BSEB secondary education portal using their institutional login credentials.
According to the notification, the total fee for regular category students is Rs 450, while independent category students will have to pay Rs 580. The fee includes the online registration application fee, data entry fee, registration fee and late fee. Independent candidates also have to pay a permission fee of Rs 130.

Schools must download and verify students’ dummy registration cards with the student and parent/guardian. Any errors should be corrected online, and the signed card must be uploaded by August 22, 2026.
BSEB has stated that students who fail to upload the signed dummy registration card will not be allowed to submit the exam application form or receive an admit card for the 2027 Matric exam.
