Bihar Board releases date sheet for class 10, 12

NEW DELHI, NOVEMBER 17: The Bihar Board of Secondary Education (BSEB) has released the date sheet for classes 10 and 12. The class 10 exams are scheduled to start on February 21, 2019 and conclude on February 28. Class 12 candidates have to write their exam from February 6 to 16, 2019. Both the examinations for classes 10 and 12 would be held in two shifts. The morning shift will be from 9:30 am to 12:45 pm and the evening shift from 1:45 pm to 5 pm.
The class 10 exam will start with English (general). The last exam on February 28 is an optional subject. The subjects are same in both the shifts of class 10. In case of class 12, the first shift on February 6, will start from Biology and RB Hindi (vocational course) and in the second shift, the board will conduct Philosophy and Entrepreneurship. The exam will end on February 16 with Home Science and Economics in the first shift.
Students would have to reach the examination hall at least half an hour before the commencement of the exam. Each students will get 15 minuted to go through their paper before starting their exam.
The Bihar Board results is expected to be out by the last week of May or first week of June. In 2018, over 15 lakhs students appeared for the class 10 exam.
