BSEB Simultala Awasiya Vidyalaya Class 6 registration from today; apply by August 18

The Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) will start BSEB Simultala Awasiya Vidyalaya Class 6 registration for the 2027-28 academic session today, August 3. Students can submit the application form and exam fees for Class 6 admission at Simultala Awasiya Vidyalaya between August 3 and 18 on its official website, biharsimultala.com.
According to the Bihar board notice, Tyagarajan S M, the BSEB chairman, said that the exam would be conducted in two stages, for a duration of two hours and 30 minutes each. Only students who have been shortlisted in the prelims entrance exam will be eligible to appear for the main entrance examination.
The first shift of the main exam will take place from 10 am to 12:30 pm, and the second shift from 1:30 pm to 4 pm; thus, each session will last 2 hours and 30 minutes.
The exam difficulty level will be based on the Class 5 curriculum prescribed by the Government of Bihar. The BSEB Class 6 admission 2026 main exam will be held at centers located at the Patna district headquarters.

BSEB Class 6 Admission 2026: Seats, exam pattern
Bihar Board has allocated a total of 60 seats for boys and 60 seats for girls for Class 6 admission. The category-wise seat distribution for Bihar Board Class 6 candidates is shown in the table below.

Class 6 Admission 2026: How to apply?
The steps to apply for Class 6 Admission 2026 are as follows.
- Visit the official webiste at biharsimultala.com
- The home page will appear; register as a new candidate.
- Log in with your new credentials.
- Fill out the application form.
- Upload the required photo and signature.
- Save and preview the filled application form.
- Click on edit if corrections are needed, or proceed to make payment.
- Submit the form and print the confirmation page for future reference.

BSEB Class 6 Admission 2026: Eligibility, fees
According to the official BSEB notice, students must be between 10 and 12 years of age as of April 1, 2027. The students must have studied Class 5 from a recognized school, including the Bihar Board, CBSE, or ICSE, within the state of Bihar. The Class 6 application fees for general and EWS categories are Rs 200, while others have to pay Rs 50.
